How to make it

  1. 豬肉用醃料醃 15 分鐘。
  2. 2湯匙油炒熟豬肉,下冬菇、韭黃及芽菜炒至軟身,加入芡汁煮至熱透,盛起待涼。
  3. 將豬肉餡料分成 15 份,用春捲皮將餡料包成春捲狀,用麵粉糊封口。
  4. 將春捲炸至金黃香脆。
