How to make it

豬肉用醃料醃15分鐘。
2湯匙油炒熟豬肉,下冬菇、韭黃及芽菜炒至軟身,加入芡汁煮至熱透,盛起待涼。
將豬肉餡料分成15份,用春捲皮將餡料包成春捲狀,用麵粉糊封口。
將春捲炸至金黃香脆。
