Dried oysters 90 g / 克 [soaked and diced]
Minced chicken 90 g / 克
Bell pepper (s) 90 g / 克 [red, finely diced]
Carrot (s) 50 g / 克 [finely diced]
Water chestnuts 25 g / 克 [finely diced, optional]
Pine Nuts 50 g / 克
Garlic 2 tsp / 茶匙 [minced]
Shallots 2 tsp / 茶匙 [chopped]
Iceberg lettuce 12 pcs [leaves]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Double Deluxe Soy Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Peppercorn Chilli Oil 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 2 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Stir-fry pine nuts in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow.  Drain.
  2. Mix minced chicken with marinade.
  3. Saute minced garlic and shallot in 2 tbsp oil.  Add minced chicken, dried oysters and stir-fry until done.
  4. Add red bell pepper, carrot, water chestnuts and stir-fry for about 1 minute.  Add sauce mix.  Stir well until heated through.  Sprinkle with pine nuts.  Wrap filling with lettuce leaves and serve.
