Scrambled Egg and Fish Fillet with Oyster Sauce

Beginner's
Ingredients

Fish fillet 200 g / 克 [diced]
Egg (s) 5 pcs [beaten]
Green onion(s) 3 tbsp / 湯匙 [diced]
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp / 茶匙


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp / 茶匙
Pure Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Mix fish with marinade.
  2. Add Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and green onion to eggs.  Beat well.
  3. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Stir-fry fish fillet until done. Add egg mixture and scramble quickly until mixture is just done.
