Fish fillet 450 g / 克 [cut into pieces]
Egg White 1 pc [beaten]


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
Pure Sesame Oil 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Beaten egg 1 pc
Corn starch 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
Chili Garlic Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 2 tsp / 茶匙
Canned cream style corn 6 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 125 ml / 毫升

  1. Mix fish with marinade.
  2. Deep-fry fish fillet in hot oil until golden yellow and done.  Drain and put on a serving plate.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp oil.  Pour in sauce mix and cook until heated through.  Remove from heat.  Stir in egg white.  Pour sauce mix over fish.
