Braised Ravioli and Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce

Button Mushroom (s) 50 g / 克 [sliced]
Hon Shimeji mushroom(s) 50 g / 克
Red cabbage/ cabbage & asparagus 50 g / 克sliced
Chili 1 pc [Red, cut into pieces]
Ravioli 450 g / 克 [frozen, 1 packet]
Cream 2 tbsp / 湯匙 [Fresh]


Premium Oyster Sauce 4 tbsp / 湯匙
Minced Garlic 1 tsp / 茶匙
Italian mixed herbs 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 200 ml / 毫升

  1. Cook ravioli in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  2. Saute red chili in 2 tbsp oil. Add button mushrooms, Hon shimeji mushrooms, red cabbage, asparagus and stir-fry for a while. Stir in sauce mix and heat through.
  3. Add cooked ravioli and fresh cream.  Stir well.
