Yellow Conch in Oyster Sauce

  1. Wash yellow conch meat.  Marinate with green onion, ginger and cooking wine for a short while.  Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in wok.  Stir-fry chopped red chili, garlic and ginger on high heat.  Add salt and season.
  3. Add marinated yellow conch meat, Lee Kum Kee Choy Sun Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce and chicken powder.  Add starch and water solution, heat through.  Sprinkle with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and diced green onion.  Stir-fry for a short while.  Serve on a big yellow conch shell.
