XO Chicken with Xiang Ling Sauce

  1. Wash local chicken. Marinate the chicken with salt, MSG and Si Te wine. Steam until done. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil. Cook Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce and chicken powder to make a Xiang Ling sauce.
  3. Put pickled shredded pumpkin on a serving plate.  Put cut local chicken on top. Pour over the sauce.
