Steamed Fish with Seasoned Soy Sauce

  1. Gut and wash fish.  Cut crisscross pattern.  Put on a serving plate.
  2. Chop red chili, wild chili, ginger, green onion and garlic finely.  Put on top of fish.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in wok.  Add Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood, chicken powder and fermented black beans etc..  Cook on low heat until fragrant.  Pour over fish.  Steam for about 12 minutes.
