Sauteed Shanghai Prawns

  1. Trim prawns.  Mix Chinkiang vinegar, salt, sugar, MSG, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood to form a light golden yellow sauce with mild sweet and sour flavor.
  2. Heat oil in wok.  Deep-fry prawns in hot oil until fluffy.  Drain.
  3. Heat a little oil.  Stir in other ingredients, prawns and the prepared sauce.
