Pancakes with Oysters and Mushrooms

  1. Wash oysters and little button mushrooms.  Set aside.
  2. Deep-fry corn starch pancakes.  Set aside.  Saute green onion, ginger and garlic in wok.  Add Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce, kale, carrot, green chili, red chili, little button mushrooms and stir-fry.  Add starch solution and heat through.  Put on a serving plate.  Put fried corn starch pancakes by the side.
