Lee Kum Kee Delicious Fish Head

Hot Level 2

  1. Chop pickled chilies and Yun nan small chilies into small pieces.  Rinse and remove seeds for later use.  [Can increase or decrease the amount of Yun nan small chilies so as to adjust the hotness of the dish.]
  2. Saute pickled chilies until done.  Add 50 ml of Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce and chicken powder.  Braise on low heat for about 10 minutes.  Set aside.
  3. Pour braised sauce and chilies on fish head evenly.  Add 100 ml of Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood.  Steam for 10-12 minutes.  Serve hot.
