Jelly Fish in Stock

  1. Cut jelly fish into small pieces. Wash to remove any salt. Blanch jelly fish in 80C water very quickly. Drain.
  2. Put sectioned Chinese parsley on a serving plate. Arrange jelly fish on it. Make sauce and sprinkle on jelly fish. Add Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil. Garnish with shredded green onion and ginger.
