Iced Liao Sea Cucumbers

  1. Wash pre-soaked Liao sea cucumbers.  Blanch in boiling water.  Trim and cut sea cucumbers, keeping the original shape.  Arrange sea cucumbers on a serving plate with ice or a sashimi tray.
  2. Mix Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce, sugar, MSG, a little stock and Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce.  Add Thailand chili, chopped peanuts, sesame seeds, fragrant green onion, dried shelled shrimps, chopped ginger and chopped Chinese parsley.  Put onto a serving bowl.  Add US small chilies and fresh lemon rind.  Soak for 20 minutes and take out the lemon rind.
  3. Serve the iced Liao sea cucumbers with the prepared sauce.
