Glutinous Rice with Fresh Crab

Ingredients



Directions
  1. Soak glutinous rice in water for 4 hours. Drain. Steam for 35 minutes. Cool and set aside.
  2. Stir-fry a little of Minced Garlic. Add cooked glutinous rice, Chinese mushrooms and Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce. Stir well and set aside.
  3. Mix red crab with Minced Garlic and Chicken Bouillon Powder. Set aside.
  4. Steam cooked glutinous rice for 15 minutes. Put crab on top and steam for further 15 minutes.
