Fish Slices with Chili Garlic Sauce

  1. Cut fish into about 4 cm pieces. Marinate. Dust with starch and coat with egg.
  2. Pan-fry fish with a little oil until both sides are golden yellow. Set aside.
  3. Saute green onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant. Add Lee Kum Kee Chili Garlic Sauce, Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce, sugar and MSG. Add fish slices and cook until flavor absorbed.
  4. Stir-fry green onion, ginger, celery and herbs until fragrant. Put on a preheated hot plate. Add starch solution to fish and heat through. Put on the hot plate.
