Braised Taro and Shark Skin with Soy Sauce

  1. Cut shark skin into 1 inch strips. Cut green and red chilies into diamond shapes.
  2. Deep-fry taro in 60% hot oil until done. Add Lee Kum Kee Premium Soy Sauce and seasonings to fried taro, shark skin and other ingredients. Braise until flavor  is absorbed by food.
