Assorted Mushrooms and Vegetables in Oyster Sauce

  1. Blanch all ingredients in boiling water.  Drain and set aside.
  2. Stir-fry all the ingredients.  Add Lee Kum Kee Choy Sun Oyster Sauce and all the other seasoning mix.  Braise until the ingredients became very soft.  Arrange ingredients on a bowl.  Steam for 10 minutes.  Take out and turn the bowl of molded vegetables on a serving plate.  Add starch solution to original sauce of vegetables.  Heat through.  Pour over the molded vegetables.
