Stir-fried Prawns and Scallop with XO Sauce

Prawns 75 g / 克 [meat, deveined]
Scallop (s) 75 g / 克 [halved]
Fresh Lily Bulb 50 g / 克torn into pieces
Sugar snaps 40 g / 克 [halved]
Carrot (s) 20 g / 克 [sliced]
Garlic 1/2 tsp / 茶匙 [minced]


XO Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Blanch prawns and scallop in boiling water.  Drain.
  2. Saute minced garlic in 1 tbsp oil until fragrant.  Add prawns, scallop, lily bulb, sugar snaps and carrot.  Stir well.
  3. Stir in seasoning mix and heat through.
