Stir-fried Eel with Soy Sauce

Ingredients

Eel 500 g / 克 [alive]
Garlic 50 g / 克


Marinade

Premium Soy Sauce 15 g / 克
Hoisin Sauce 10 g / 克
Fragrant vinegar 50 g / 克
Cooking Wine 25 Catty / 斤
White sugar 25 g / 克
Pepper 20 g / 克
MSG 10 g / 克
Tapioca starch 10 g / 克
Refined salt Catty / 斤


Directions
  1. Cook eel in boiling water and drain. Debone. Slice garlic. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil. Stir-fry garlic until fragrant. Add eel, Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce and other seasonings. Add starch solution and heat through.
