Sauteed Shanghai Prawns

Ingredients

Ban Prawns 400 g / 克
Ginger (s) 10 g / 克
Green onion(s) 10 g / 克 [sectioned]


Marinade

Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood 30 g / 克
Chinkiang Vinegar 20 g / 克
Pure Sesame Oil adequate amount
Salt adequate amount
Sugar adequate amount
MSG adequate amount


Directions
  1. Trim prawns.  Mix Chinkiang vinegar, salt, sugar, MSG, Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and Lee Kum Kee Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood to form a light golden yellow sauce with mild sweet and sour flavor.
  2. Heat oil in wok.  Deep-fry prawns in hot oil until fluffy.  Drain.
  3. Heat a little oil.  Stir in other ingredients, prawns and the prepared sauce.
