Stir-fried Duck Meat with XO Sauce

Duck meat 200 g / 克 [sliced]
Sugar snaps 120 g / 克
Carrot (s) 50 g / 克 [sliced thinly]
Bell pepper (s) 1 pc [cut into pieces]
XO Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Minced Garlic 1 tsp / 茶匙
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix duck meat with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry duck meat in 2 tbsp oil until almost done.  Add all vegetables and Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce.  Stir-fry for about 2 minutes until heated through.
