Steamed Salmon with Basil

Ingredients

Salmon 400 g / 克 [fillet, 2pcs]
Bell pepper (s) 1 tbsp / 湯匙 [chopped]
Shallots 1 tbsp / 湯匙 [chopped]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tsp / 茶匙
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp / 茶匙
Chopped dried basil 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 2 tsp / 茶匙
Pepper to taste


Directions
  1. Mix salmon with marinade.
  2. Put salmon on a piece of oiled foil. Sprinkle with bell pepper and shallot. Wrap up to form a packet and steam over high heat for about 10 minutes or until done.
