Hot Level 2

Beef fillet/tenderloin 250 g / 克 [shredded]
Carrot (s) 90 g / 克 [shredded]
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [shredded]
Chiu Chow Chili Oil 2 tbsp / 湯匙


Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 90 g / 克
White Vinegar 90 ml / 毫升
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 1 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Dissolve sugar in white vinegar.  Soak carrot and onion in seasoning mix for 30 minutes.  Drain.
  2. Mix beef with marinade.
  3. Stir-fry beef in 2 tbsp Chiu Chow Chili Oil until done.  Add carrot and onion.  Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in thickening and heat through.
