Ingredients

Carrot (s) 90 g / 克 [diced finely]
Button Mushroom (s) 90 g / 克 [canned, diced finely]
Baby corn 90 g / 克 [canned, diced finely]
Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) 6 pcs [diced finely]
Garlic 1 tsp / 茶匙 [minced]
Lettuce leaves [for serving]


Marinade

Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 6 tbsp / 湯匙


Directions
  1. Saute garlic in 1 tbsp oil. Add all ingredients [except lettuce] and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.  Stir in sauce mix and cook through. Wrap filling with lettuce leaves and serve at once.
