Button Mushroom (s) 10 pcs [halved]
Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) 10 pcs [halved]
Cloud fungus 10 g / 克 [dried]
White fungus 15 g / 克 [dried]
Vegetarian abalone 200 g / 克 [sliced]


Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 100 ml / 毫升

  1. Soak cloud fungus and white fungus in water until soft. Drain and pick into small pieces.
  2. Stir-fry all the ingredients in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Stir in sauce mix and cook through.
