Spaghetti 120 g / 克
Cucumber 120 g / 克 [sliced, or courgette]
Chicken meat 90 g / 克 [sliced]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pcs [red, sliced]


Panda Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Char Siu Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Premium Soy Sauce 2 tsp / 茶匙
Water 6 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Italian mixed herbs 1 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  2. Mix chicken meat with marinade.
  3. Stir-fry chicken meat in 1 tbsp oil until done.  Add courgette, red bell pepper, sauce mix and spaghetti.  Stir well until heated through.
