Pumpkin Balls with Enoki Mushrooms

Pumpkin 200 g / 克 [flesh in ball shape]
Enoki mushroom(s) 150 g / 克
Garlic 1 tsp / 茶匙 [minced]
Chili 1 tsp / 茶匙 [red, diced]


Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 100 ml / 毫升

  1. Steam pumpkin balls for about 8 minutes until done. Keep warm.
  2. Saute garlic and red chili in 1 tbsp oil. Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry until tender.  Stir in sauce mix, cook through and pour over pumpkin balls.
