Egg bean curd/Egg tofu 420 g / 克 [1 packet, sectioned]
Canned whole kernel corn,green peas,diced carrot 6 heaped tbsp


Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce 2 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Water 125 ml / 毫升

  1. Pan-fry egg bean curd in oil until golden yellow. Arrange on a serving plate.
  2. Stir-fry all vegetables in 1 tbsp oil. Add sauce mix, cook through and pour over egg bean curd.
