Chicken meat 250 g / 克 [shredded]
Courgette/zucchini 50 g / 克shredded
Bell pepper (s) 1 pc [shredded]
Tortillas 4 pcs
Parmesan cheese powder & lettuce leaves [for serving]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Italian mixed herbs 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil/olive oil until done. Add bell pepper, courgette and sauce mix. Stir well until heated through. Divide into 4 portions as filling.
  3. Reheat tortillas according to packet instructions until soft. Put lettuce on tortillas and top with filling. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese powder. Roll up and serve.
