Chicken meat 120 g / 克 [shredded]
Flowering garlic chives 90 g / 克sectioned
Carrot (s) 50 g / 克 [shredded]


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Minced Garlic 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Water 100 ml / 毫升

  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add flowering garlic chives, carrot and sauce mix. Stir-fry until vegetables are soft.
