Stir-fried Chicken and Flowering Garlic Shoots with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken meat 325 g / 克 [shredded]
Carrot (s) 25 g / 克 [shredded]
Flowering garlic shoot(s) 120 g / 克 [sectioned]
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [shredded]


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp / 茶匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 4 tbsp / 湯匙
Minced Garlic 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sugar 1/2 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Parboil carrot and flowering garlic shoots in boiling water. Drain.
  3. Stir-fry chicken in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add carrot, flowering garlic shoots, sauce mix and heat through.
