Cold Noodles with Oyster Sauce and Mint

Cold noodles 300 g / 克
Iceberg lettuce 50 g / 克 [shredded]
Salami sausage 50 g / 克 [shredded]
Peanuts [chopped, roasted, for topping]


Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
White Vinegar 2 tbsp / 湯匙
Chopped mint 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Sugar 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙

  1. Rinse cold noodles with drinking water. Drain.
  2. Arrange all ingredients on a deep bowl and chill. Stir in seasoning mix before serving. Sprinkle with chopped roasted peanuts.
