Carrot (s) 50 g / 克 [shredded]
Chinese celery 50 g / 克 [shredded]
Bean sprouts 90 g / 克
Fresh Shiitake mushroom(s) 90 g / 克 [shredded]
Vegetarian ham 90 g / 克 [shredded]
Pure Sesame Oil 1 tsp / 茶匙
Vegetarian Oyster Flavoured Sauce 2 1/2 tbsp / 湯匙


Directions
  1. Blanch all ingredients in boiling water until just tender.   Drain and mix well with Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil and Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Oyster Flavored Sauce.Serve at once.
