Braised Chicken and Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients

Chicken meat 450 g / 克 [cut into pieces]
Chinese mushroom(s) 8 pcs [soaked, squeezed and halved]
Green onion(s) 2 pcs [sectioned]
Ginger (s) 4 slices


Marinade

Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 250 ml / 毫升
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙
Sugar 1/2 tsp / 茶匙


Directions
  1. Mix chicken with marinade.
  2. Saute Chinese mushrooms, green onions and ginger in 3 tbsp oil until fragrant.  Add chicken and stir-fry until lightly golden yellow.
  3. Pour in sauce mix.  Cover and cook until sauce thickens.
