Directions
  1. Drain the soaked bean vermicelli. Remove seeds of cucumber and shred. Set aside.
  2. Add 15 g oil to wok. Stir-fry other ingredients until fragrant. Stir-fry minced meat until done. Add bean vermicelli, Lee Kum Kee XO Sauce and other seasonings. Stir-fry and season.
