  1. Cut the vegetables in pieces.  Blanch the broccoli, cauliflower, carrots for a while.  Parboil pumpkin and hon shimeji mushroom in oil until nearly cooked.
  2. Saute garlic, shallots and shrimp sauce until fragrant.  Add stock, simmer and add cheddar cheese.  Add the vegetables to the sauce and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Put the cooked vegetables to baking dish, sprinkle with cheese powder.  Bake in pre-heated 170 degree oven for 6-8 minutes.
