Stir-fried Fish with Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

Fish fillet 400 g / 克 [cut into pieces]
Carrot (s) 50 g / 克 [sliced]
Celery 90 g / 克 [sliced]
Green onion(s) 1 pc [sectioned]


Marinade

Corn starch 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
White Pepper 1/2 tsp / 茶匙
Oil 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Chili Garlic Sauce 3 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 1 tbsp / 湯匙


Directions
  1.  Mix fish with marinade.  Cook carrot and celery in boiling water for 1 minute.  Drain. 
  2.  Stir-fry fish in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.
  3.  Add green onion, celery, carrot and sauce mix.  Cook for another 2 minutes.
