Fettuccine 150 g / 克
Clam (s) 90 g / 克 [chilled, meat]
Button Mushroom (s) 50 g / 克 [sliced]
Bell pepper (s) 1/2 pc [red, sliced]
Garlic 1 tbsp / 湯匙 [chopped]
Cream 2 tbsp / 湯匙 [optional]
Cheese [Parmesan,for serving, optional]


Premium Oyster Sauce 4 tbsp / 湯匙
Chopped basil 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Chopped parsley 1 tbsp / 湯匙
Water 3 tbsp / 湯匙
White wine 4 tbsp / 湯匙
Corn starch 1 tsp / 茶匙

  1. Cook fettuccine in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
  2. Sauté chopped garlic in 2 tbsp oil/olive oil until fragrant. Add clam meat, button mushrooms, bell pepper and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add fettuccine, sauce mix and heat through.  Stir in fresh cream and parmesan cheese powder.
